Although we have many times our experimentation and adaptability proved, but just the last year were rather "classical" projects have been brought to the stage. The last major exception was shown in 2004, written by Wolfgang Tost and Katrin Paul Musical "arrival" . And just that little bit tied to this year's production: style and scenically located also in a better musical direction, pushed "all random, right?" the volume and Effort in front almost in "Everyman" dimensions.

That was today's actually even ... Have not had on the program and so it was of a fairly relaxed day:
Wednesday, 11/24:
65min. Swimming - 2,8 km
technology, crawl, back, blah ....
1:07:50 skiing - 16km / 4:14 pace (there 8km: 35:06 / 4:23 Back 8km: 32:44 / 4:05)
Negative Split. Even more clearly than Tuesday. I was clear. Had on the way there only
snowflakes in the face and eyes. Especially nice was not ... Back because I had no more buck and wanted
nurnoch home.
60min. Sauna
regeneration is Everything! :-P
And how should it be different this morning the first snow was on the cars. The whole day was slightly above zero degrees but still is not all that nice. Tomorrow is back to the cycling program and I hope that the weather has calmed down to something and then I do not have the role.
Tonight I'll still 30min stretching and is good for ...

Keeping A Male Bordeaux With Another Male Dog

After I actually wanted to post my daily training here since yesterday, I did not, of course. I'm simply not done. The
This was because I was at the welcoming party for the new and old Ironman 70.3 World Champion Michael Raelert and his brother Andrew yard in Rostock. It was the pair given the honor of their outstanding athletic achievements and as the flagship of Rostock to sign the Golden Book.
There will also be starting next season, a team of Regional TC FIKO Rostock and all will run under the name TriTeam FIKO Rostock. In the team there are only athletes from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the goal is the direct promotion to the 2. his Bundesliga. Perhaps to the surprise of some, I'll be with it and go for the team in the regional at the start.

Converting Can Light To Track Light
Long Time No See
I know, I know. I wanted to like blogging again, and then months of silence. And all of Facebook is to blame: cute little updates in convenient snack size, and a lot of feedback to keep me motivated. However, only a fraction of the nutritional value, and then I refuse to even still, there set photos of me. Meh. That can not be all.
To me the re-entry is not so hard to make, there are now just a little memes. And then I could start, upload photos: this week I've had Thanksgiving With only one day university, and because most of my new friends would probably spend the long weekend with their families, probably not much even a distraction. So stolen from Kent on Facebook:

A little before 7, even before the alarm.
The alarm rings at 7 usually, but today I was already awake, yesterday I've been to like 8:30 to bed the night before because I still play the game up evening so was that I could sleep until around 2, but the next morning because the body clock was already awake by 7 (the week she never works so well!) - So I had a bit of catching something.

Anything more than medium rare, is just burned beyond recognition

There are exactly 132 days until Ironman in South Africa, and tomorrow is my special preparation for this release. Only this time it will run slightly different than the times before. I thought about my daily training, the unvarnished truth, then, here to give public 1-1 again. Everything I do will, write down here every day. First, it should be a motivation for me, if something does not work out. It will eventually show that every once in a hole and falls garkeine Bock has to train and perhaps it also serves as an incentive for others. The motto of the last days is clearly:
This week I break down a lot in my three favorite disciplines for South Africa. The best kind is under way on the bike and swim.
So far, I could not harm the cold encouraging bike and so far I could get the miles and I'm busy last Saturday, probably the last time for this year went with Sun. That should now have all done now, because since Sunday really only just now even easier for poor weather and rain. But who wants to be driving fast, so United could not hold me to this weather to get on your bike. To put it in Dirk's words: "As long as there is no snow ..." JO!
Yesterday I was able to me a few tuning tips and ideas picked up from him that were wrong not at Sun And after he had explained to me that white paint around 50-100g is heavier than plain paint, per frame, of course! we agreed that he simply over the bikers absolutely! ;-)
Super even when swimming and running, there will come a lot of miles together, but the thing is done. Who wants to be fast ... Yesterday I went swimming together with Dirk, and since we have beaten down quite some things. I am not at all been so accustomed to, but was sometimes cool and was fun. On Dirk's swimming technique but we have to work a bit and because the guy rocks already.

Clemens (An extreme sports) a slide presentation on its course around the globe for donations for a good cause and will be there to collect his story the best. I'm curious. :-)
Yes and Monday? There goes in the court of Rostock, where the reception takes place for the New and Old Ironman World Championship 70.3 from Clearwater Michael Realert . Scheduled to enter 18h gehts los, and who happens to be in Rostock quiet stop by and shake his fin his super power ... It is worthwhile in any case!

Wedding Message In Card

... to start at Ironman South Africa . So far I have been blessed with good weather as far as possible. Twice it has been raining in my preparation, the rest was nothing bad. Since Sunday it will even become noticeably colder, but so far I have not needed to resort to winter clothes. Is thus still room for improvement ...
With Wheel + 4h 1h 1h running and swimming again in the evening was the day yesterday and the day so far with the thickest program. Has indeed a purely cut properly, but today I feel really wonderful, and again top shape.
Especially in the run is under way excellent, here I will put in the preparation of the main focal point. Ensure that swimming and cycling may be especially neglect but not my Tatik for South Africa is clearly in a fast marathon. Here you can in the short Preparation time the most time to get profit out ... So teuteuteu it goes so well ...
For the winter I'm going out looking for another 2-3 run competitions in the coming days and times as we gaze ...

Attractions of times past
After today a 10-hour Unitag had (ie commuting with 13h), I manage not to tell you as much as I would like to (let alone, is still photos of the last two weeks to upload).
But that I can close a few times after all browser windows, I will quickly go some links:
San Francisco is certainly not among the places from which I would say "I do not want to be buried once. This is good because I could not: in San Francisco no one is buried. This one comes after Colma .
I will not shake the feeling that here was even cooler earlier, at least two great attractions I've missed - and those are just the ones directly in front of my front door would have been!
Sutro Baths, a huge turn of the century, with seven swimming pools and a built-in Museum. At least the ruins, but I've seen have often unwittingly:
... namely in the scene from Harold and Maude in the Harold Maude as a supposed "communist" attacks in order to deceive his uncle that he for a military career was too dangerous. :)

Heh. It is definitely time for an update, right? But the days are always so long and at night I'm always so tired ... Today might actually be the first day I make a normal daily rhythm: got counter 7, no nap, etc., and now at 21h still half awake. Today I was also nice to me and I have spared me, since I came back at half 4 of the university, I have been sitting comfortably and nothing else just kept going. And that is also necessary, because my legs and feet, let me orgies of walking the last few days feel neat. Had I not been so long away from Wuppertal, I would have with the infamous Hills of San Francisco probably fewer problems, but the distances are just still much larger than in Ronsdorf or Graz. And so I have resisted the most beautiful sunshine (and the very hot summer) was not in the park, not on the beach and not sightseeing. Only a student card, a small campus tour (where is the auditorium of the morning?) And some paperwork I've come. And now I invite a few pictures up for you. Look at the old records of the last days even at that!

First Casualties
It is seven clock in the morning in San Francisco, it is just bright and I'm awake for a good two hours. Heh. :) But I've also a lot of plans. In addition to my first visit the university and the necessary experiments with the public transport there especially errands: in addition to the standard program (monthly ticket, food, map, postcards, not travel size bathroom products) must be a replacement for the first two losses this trip mainly: wisely I have in my block plane (of course with notes such as emergency numbers in it) forget (as I used the book in the ring staked coolie for the immigration card and then put the block in the seat pocket * facepalm * I). But even worse: I had just discovered that my well-traveled (3x Australia after all) travel adapter plug (yes, combined adapter: can both America and Australia) has apparently given up the ghost. And before I get no power to the computer, there are no further updates. Well then, come on, march Shopping!

I'm out there. In California, that is. Who would have tended to, now please do not worry anymore. The detailed story I tell, however, only at the first opportunity, because now I find it somehow on the head that my body clock is early for 7 clock keeps the time is but 10 clock in the evening. Anyway: with any luck I would have then taken until tomorrow morning without any jet lag further from the affair. :)

... I have been suffering from the weekend under a flu with fever, headache and neck pain and all the bells and whistles I will not go at the World Cup on Sunday in Zofingen, Switzerland at the start. I'm just even so flat that I can be disappointed about not even right ...
I have the feeling that it has become even worse since yesterday. I lie all day in bed, sleep, and take medication. The daily walk to the toilet or to eat is my only training session is currently ...

So now exactly one week have passed, I could gain some distance from the contest and leave me all alone again go through the head. Firstly I was quite happy about the successful finish in 9:32, on the other hand there was the disappointment about the missed slot for Kona ... In the end, I must state very clearly it was a good race with which I am very satisfied.
to swim: 1:05:48 Here I had wished for something more, so at least 2-3 minutes faster. Was perhaps a mistake not from outside but from the middle to start out.
T1: 3:17
On the Bike: 4:54:45 Hmm ... Here too, a little surprised because I was just as fast as last year's OstseeMan. In Regensburg 300hm more in it but 5-10Minutes have been lying there somewhere still. Especially since I will reappear in the first round of the defect with the chain had, which had just verharkt somehow and I first had to descend to see what was going on. Now that last two days , I can not really put the whole still does not put into words ... First, the joy of performance, sound and come without much problems during the race to be missed and the other by 20 minutes and 5 seconds slot for Hawaii.

get things even fix the city the money for the Hawaii-Ticket (Why do have the time today in the bar??) And tomorrow morning 6 clock is going along with Birgitt and Gerald Regensburg.
goal is still clear in first place of my AK and thus secure qualification for Kona Beach ... Earlier, I was again pairing with 74km cycling and 10km running. Both felt very good, and makes me look Optimit on Sunday. :-) Yes, maybe running too well, because I have spent the past day, the problem never the race pace to meet ... I'm actually getting faster and even when running it probably takes revenge from 30th km .. Anyway, tonight I'll probably go again n swim and then got the situation ...

Steph ... and still is the motto "With tapering to top form." The last few days everything ran very well in everything. I feel really strong at present and hope that this phase lasts until Sunday. Anyway, I'm still very confident and really looking forward to the competition. The first things I would now like to get together and grab dinner tomorrow goes to.
running, cycling and swimming tomorrow I will do it again before it goes off early Thursday in the direction of Regensburg. Friday is again a bike ride on the course is planned ... maybe .. and again one lap run on the track and Saturday I'll probably once more to the lake.

... Days and a couple of hours to the start of the first Ironman in Regensburg. The weather in the region since a few days to not be so hot that I can still hope that no Neoverbot is pronounced. For safety, it is definitely ...
Today I made the final preparations on my bike and now it's just like I go in Regensburg be. Tomorrow will be the last again longer test run, and because the story should be done with it.
The problem with my brakes, I could now miraculously solve ;-) well. These pretty parts in black, I've indulged myself again at the end and am now the smallest run like a one.
Joar, much to say at present to actually also not at all. The tapering is running and the suddenly gained free time I spend my other beautiful things in life ... :-) Read behold, DVD, sleeping ...

Mount And Blade Erotica
... no, not my running kilometers of this year and not my km cycling this month. It is at 2119 to my starting point when Ironman Regensburg, which is now almost 11 days and 11 hours on the stage ... ... still good 15 days until Ironman Regensburg and my mood splendidly. :-) Have the last days, weeks and months I used to really intense optimally prepare for this competition ... Now goes to tapering, where I have more time to write down here the last few days. I'm looking forward to Regensburg and in fact it can go tomorrow already.
I think I am currently located in the best shape of my previous triathlon career. * Go nuts not bad! * I have done everything right this year, the competitions, the training, everything was just perfect so far. Mentally have been concerned with everything, maybe there spärker am physically than last year and find myself at a very high level ...
Short words for the three disciplines:
Swimming: Here I have increased significantly over last year. The form is just madness ... :-) Even if it will come this year in Regensburg Neoverbot, I will still try for the 3,8 km an hour alone, the need to ... have had a huge success!

Fast fünf Monate lag der letzte "Jedermann" -Auftritt schon wieder zurück, der eher geruhsamen Auftrittsplanung for 2010 is thanks. To 19th overall Performance of the musical was staggered in late May for the first time in the "city of the rowan, the Erzgebirge Lauter . The local Evangelical Alliance had organized the concert in the local community center.
The conditions proved to be ideal - a very large stage, large backstage area, good acoustics and excellent food. Only the date choice turned out to be slightly unfavorable. In the neighboring Black Mountain rose "R.SA-Oldie-Night" with several internationally known artists, competed on television, the former "Grand Prix de la Chanson € Vision" and the German team for audience. The nearly 50 spectators had their choice of our concert repent not. After some congestion problems on arrival were highly concentrated on the stage, and despite all the long break, well prepared. Especially the Hallelujah Chorus caused in the vast hall of the cultural center for goose bumps and was the highlight of your performance.

In June 2007, after almost two years of preparation, our last major project, "Anyone - The Musical" his Premiere celebrated. Less than three years, almost twenty "everyone" performances as well as several other projects such as the anniversary program, "What remains for me to you" are behind us since then. High time to devote to the next major task. The concepts for the "Everyman" successors are almost finished, the samples will start soon. More information will follow later. Our new "image of the month" on the other hand throws a look back at the past, almost twenty years ...

After the usual winter break began in April with two performances the same. On Easter weekend, the band was the first time after a long time at the Easter Conference the EEC in Rathen active. A week later, was also cast in the musical design of the smaller "Achtung Liebe" worship in Frankenau. I do not know if you know the above proverbial wisdom in Austria - maybe it means "is three times as settled once burned" here? As an introduction to the report of this year's concert at the Blue Cross group Chemnitz the CTRL-C CTRL-V had offered the previous year's performance at the same place. How did the pictures matched: snow, cold, slippery stairs.
