Tenerife training camp
Closed! Finally. Times a day to be quite lazy and do nothing. The last few days have been quite pretty heavy and really everything hurts a little ... ;-) Leave was why the postcards today and the most stressful history and will probably stay like this.
really hard was it would have on Tuesday because there were 5x3000m on the runway just after breakfast on the program, at least after the day for me can be too late so exhausted I was ... Something clever I am in any event, because it really fast I just can not run short on things. The 3000-times compared to my 10 or my Halbmarathonbestzeit were located in proportion. Anyway, so somehow hauts out.
Well, tomorrow and the weekend we will again properly collect cycling kilometers before it's Monday already clock at 7:48 with the flying to the country ... I hope the sun comes out again and I can bring a healthy tan. =)

Brianna Vs Jenna Streaming
Tenerife training camp Day 5
Ola dear ones,
after I survived the first day good, the swimming training was already really hard. Actually, I had to warm up the tired, but afterwards I do not know, yes. Currently, I am just tired and limp, would do well today not much other than sleeping, eating and be lazy.
Where is the fatigue? So yesterday after a long run was completed, the planned, actually nurnoch 100km loose roll was on the program. After about 50km we met on our English roommates who are watching every night somehow Dart, and decided we really just relaxed ride with them. Well, somehow did not understand that our English friends and the pace increased bit by bit until Clemens any time in the 39km / h did not mean a lot to do with roll-out had. The whole was then a while so on, as men are sometimes so loving and at some point had Clemens and I had enough (OK, is wanted we the British, of course, true show ...* cough *) and we moved them in the closed 2's time trial team. The last 39-40km in about 49min ... Did I do everything ... Anyway, I was then really in the bucket that I've barely managed to eat. Only Clemens seems to have put away any loose, as if nothing had happened .... Sch *** Pro ...
Tjo, goes for a morning with biking, running and swimming more ;-) and on Monday, there's a 210km-bike ride. I do not know is how to do that, but let me surprise you once ... Motivation is still there :-)

A brief signs of life before I haue to bed ...
yesterday, so now was the arrival on the island and as far as I'm not at all noticed by the flight because I'm eingepennt full. Even as a premonition of what lies ahead the next day for me? In any event, everything went well, luggage and bikes are also cold, and everything has remained intact. The most important thing or? After then we moved into our cabin, bolted together and the wheels just ate for dinner, we went again broadcast here and there and then off to bed. Somehow around zipper such a check anyway already properly ... The best there was the same on arrival at the airport: It is T-shirt hot :-)))
Shortly before landing we went again a turn around the island!
and Today rang in the same unearthly hour of the clock, almost equal to the bed we went for a swim. Then There Were hintenran first breakfast, then cycling and Läufchen. I noticed it at the same heat takes a few seconds faster ... :-) After the still loose coupling unit gabs gabs for a short nap and eating and even now I sit here and write before I go to sleep again ...

Tomorrow we go ...
Once your sleep and enjoy a short trip for the direction of Tenerife. It says for 14 days on the gas again and tidy performance from the screw to rotate in South Africa to make a good impression ... ;-) Currently, actually runs quite well and I can not imagine there not at the technical performance is something else. But I think that my Trainingskumpane Clemens determines an ace up its sleeve has and I will show new limits ... Motivation is certainly enough there!
any case, my bags are packed so far all set the mood for sun and heat and can actually start it now. If I still have power in the evening and a head for that I will try from there to report what is going on. :-)
Today I was running again 1h and 2h on the bike rumrollen in the area. Was quite cold ... So now I find it not so hard to say goodbye ...

My landlord's a little bit, shall we say, idiosyncratic. As a self-proclaimed leader of the sustainability movement and visionary with a firm belief in the imminent spiritual evolution of man he has for years no Burning Man omitted Festival and said on occasion so memorable things like "... back when I got the Internet started ... " (and I had simpleton always thought that would have been the DARPA )! **
He is currently working on full speed to organize an event to called "Deep Green", which I imagine as a kind Ökospiritualitätsravemesse and successor to his Digital Be-Ins . A few times a week so the living room is transformed into the central organization of this ambitious event, a few promising young volunteers (?) bring to it, potential sponsors, courted exhibitors, artists and sponsors, and more generally forged plans to improve the world. I would so love to have you a link to the event marched with (and you ask, best to buy the same cards if you stand on something * cough *) but unfortunately I can find the best will in no such site. It seems as if the all the projects have been put on a bit longer is no longer up to date.
Anyway, what I really wanted to tell you: Last week, during one of these organization meetings (I guess when it deliberates on the floor plan), a quote is like, I can not hide from you because I think it beautifully expresses that San Francisco (and specifically this house: p ) probably still the center of the hippie movement:

My first time ..
Steph ... happened today. After approximately 4 hours I was traveling by bicycle for about 10 minutes and had to go home until then this happened to me completely Unknown: I got a flat tire in the front wheel. Ok, at the MTB it existed before, but I also go over hill and dale. But during my triathlon exercise bike I had never been ... Until today. Unfortunately, the experiment provided the tire inflated and easy to drive home than out pointless, because there was scarce escaped after 100m the air. So I changed the front tires min in about 4:42 ;-) until I was able to clamp the wheel and was allowed to continue. Fortunately, today was so great weather, and all went smoothly from clean and equipped.
Stephen's Pro tip: It never practiced changing tires at home schonmal to have! ;-)

Job Relocation Letter
early or top form?
This question I have in mind in recent days about the head, as well are startling and the run-bike split in training. Yes, yesterday I ran my 12.5 km round of testing whole one and a half minutes faster than last year in top form.
Whether I should be happy about it I do not know. Until the IM South Africa it is still a good 10 weeks and another 2 weeks in mid-February WORKS training camp. Of course I hope my performance can still continue to expand and really go in top form at the start and not until then again I did capture a mine or injury. Because the margin between top form and injury in order to Overtraining is not great.
Well, I'll make me continue my thoughts about it and see what will happen to me. Maybe in February, just make one more thick but loose peripheral block and again in March to turn the speed screw. :-)
Another problem that I have been back days are sleep problems. First, there are no night's sleep when I can, on the other hand I've also found problems at all to sleep. This can sometimes take as well because today until 2am in the morning. :-( Somehow I can not just switch off, because my dreams I least of any race conditions or something ... crazy ... How do I get it under control I know now even might not even go to the Doc. And milk with honey or sedatives and Schlaftee from a pharmacy not really help.
So, I'm going on the bikes a little vitamin D refuel. If indeed -5 ° C but the sun is shining and when you have this before.

1-1, 5h swim - 3.6 km in the plan
Maybe I'll be tomorrow you a little overview of my races this year and give everything else to get rid of what has happened in the meantime. But the rich must now first, because I will shake me now on the wheel ...

Rrrrrums, this time were not only the usual and the game of the chairs, step out as the little Christmas asylum Hottes music bar, this time was built up in the hall of Blue Cross Chemnitz work. Equal to the entire dress stand toppled and ripped cable with it. For now, it really was no light and the snow machine was missing the juice. But true to our motto live " is live, "everything could be quickly addressed the actors stayed in their roles and the audience had it seem that everything is willed
our audience - were as in every year come families, but also individuals -.. we could bring the message of the play particularly close. almost breathless silence reigned over the 90 minutes of the performance of "all random, right?" , because each was a particularly memorable image, a prone especially with my own experiences this scene. For each member of this community now knows about the many stones in the way of life, the many coincidences that are perhaps not. Our Christmas Musical " all random, or " we took one day back after New Year's Christmas Eve in the sister parish Wittgensdorf / Auerswalde. Traditionally, we are invited each year to perform our Christmas piece and found this year a very interested and enthusiastic audience. applause spurred all actors to maximum benefits.
