early or top form?
This question I have in mind in recent days about the head, as well are startling and the run-bike split in training. Yes, yesterday I ran my 12.5 km round of testing whole one and a half minutes faster than last year in top form.
Whether I should be happy about it I do not know. Until the IM South Africa it is still a good 10 weeks and another 2 weeks in mid-February WORKS training camp. Of course I hope my performance can still continue to expand and really go in top form at the start and not until then again I did capture a mine or injury. Because the margin between top form and injury in order to Overtraining is not great.

Since my last entry a lot has happened: Christmas, disease, Silvester, SNOW, more SNOW, thaw. And because the snow is gone now as I said I can get out on your bike and collect neat kilometers. If indeed some on the program this year. ;-)
For now my program looks like this:
4h Cycling - coupling unit
16km run - 8km round: 4:05 pace / Back 8km: 4:15
1-1, 5h swim - 3.6 km in the plan
Maybe I'll be tomorrow you a little overview of my races this year and give everything else to get rid of what has happened in the meantime. But the rich must now first, because I will shake me now on the wheel ...

Three more performances of the Christmas musical "All chance, right?" are behind us since December. Now there are reports to this time from the pen of Ute and Andreas. Thank you for them! There
And another dates it to report it. On 6 February there is the last time being able to experience the musical live. The concert takes place at the community center in the Taura Köthen Str 2a instead of the exact starting time in the morning to be announced.

Rrrrrums, this time were not only the usual and the game of the chairs, step out as the little Christmas asylum Hottes music bar, this time was built up in the hall of Blue Cross Chemnitz work. Equal to the entire dress stand toppled and ripped cable with it. For now, it really was no light and the snow machine was missing the juice. But true to our motto live " is live, "everything could be quickly addressed the actors stayed in their roles and the audience had it seem that everything is willed

almost universally popular as stars, we were again this year, particularly warmly received in the Church Wittgensdorf . Our Christmas Musical " all random, or " we took one day back after New Year's Christmas Eve in the sister parish Wittgensdorf / Auerswalde. Traditionally, we are invited each year to perform our Christmas piece and found this year a very interested and enthusiastic audience. applause spurred all actors to maximum benefits.
